An only child from rural Ohio, Dannette’s formative years were spent directing, editing, and starring in movies she shot with her father’s camcorder.  Early visionary works include “64 Colors Are Not Enough”, "My Banana Seat" and “Waiting For the Ice Cream Truck”, (for which, she also composed the original score.)  After an unfortunate incident involving said camcorder, the family cat, and the bathtub, Dannette decided to dedicate her imagination solely to the post side of production, and she’s never looked back.

Dannette has been an editor in NYC for over 15 years with a dedicated following of clients.  She especially loves any opportunity to put her After Effects and sound design skills to use.  Dannette is also an obsessive rock climber and  a lover of a good grilled-cheese.  She still contends that 64 colors are not enough.
